Role Description
We’re looking for hands-on, energetic, and service-minded crew members to join the GS1 Service Team — Metropole’s frontline across food, drinks, and events.
This is a dynamic, all-rounder role covering bar, kitchen, serving, and event support.
If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments, love collaborating with people, and take pride in great service — this role’s for you.
What You’ll Do
Bar, Drinks & Café
Serve coffee, drinks, breakfast, lunch, and AW offerings. Keep the bar lively and guests happy.
Kitchen Operations
Support food prep and plating. Maintain high standards and smooth workflow behind the scenes.
Serving & Guest Experience
Deliver standout service with energy and attention. Coordinate with the kitchen and guide the guest journey.
Event Support
Help prep, run, and break down events — from seated dinners to social nights and special activations.
