These Terms & Conditions govern the services, memberships, bookings, productions, rentals, and related services provided under the Metropole brand.

Specific terms apply depending on the service purchased or used. By booking, purchasing, accessing, or using any Metropole service, the customer agrees to the applicable terms below.

General Terms
1. Contracting Parties

Depending on the service purchased, the contracting party is either:

2. Scope of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Coworking memberships
  • Private offices
  • Meeting rooms
  • Event spaces
  • Studio rentals
  • Podcast and livestream studios
  • Video and broadcast productions
  • Marketing and creative services
  • Branding, automation, CRM, and consulting services
  • Technical equipment and staffing

 

The exact scope of each service is defined in the applicable proposal, booking confirmation, agreement, invoice, or membership contract.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified
  • Payment terms are 10 or 30 days depending on service type
  • Late payments may incur statutory reminder fees and interest
  • Services may be suspended in case of overdue payment

 

Metropole reserves the right to require:

  • Deposits
  • Prepayment
  • Advance invoicing
  • Ongoing retainers
4. Electronic Agreements & Approvals

Electronic approvals, digital signatures, e-mail confirmations, CRM approvals, and online bookings are considered legally binding agreements.

5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Metropole reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services in cases involving:

  • Illegal activity
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Threatening or unsafe behavior
  • Abuse of facilities or staff
  • Excessive disturbance
  • Unauthorized access
  • Reputational risk
  • Material breach of agreement
6. Website & Pricing Disclaimer

Metropole reserves the right to correct:

  • Pricing errors
  • Typographical mistakes
  • Availability inaccuracies
  • Outdated information

 

without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

All trademarks, concepts, branding, graphics, and intellectual property associated with Metropole remain the property of the respective company unless otherwise agreed.

No party may use:

  • Logos
  • Brand identity
  • Marketing material
  • Photography
  • Visual assets

 

without written approval.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information obtained during the collaboration unless required by law.

This obligation applies during and after the collaboration.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR and privacy legislation.

Data may be processed for:

  • Membership administration
  • Bookings and deliveries
  • Billing and support
  • Security and access control
  • Marketing communications where permitted
10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Technical failures
  • Internet outages
  • Fire or flooding
  • Government restrictions
  • Labor disputes
  • Pandemics
  • Natural disasters
  • Third-party infrastructure failures
11. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the affected service.

Neither company shall be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost revenue
  • Loss of profit
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Consequential damages
12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

Coworking Terms
1. Memberships & Workspace Services

Coworking services may include:

  • Lounge memberships
  • Dedicated desks
  • Private offices
  • Meeting rooms
  • Shared facilities
  • Community events
  • Registered business address services where agreed

 

Included services vary depending on membership or agreement type.

2. Access & Opening Hours

Unless otherwise communicated, members may access facilities daily between:

05:00–00:00

Metropole reserves the right to:

  • Control access
  • Restrict access where necessary
  • Adjust opening hours

 

Access credentials remain the property of Metropole.

Members may not:

  • Share credentials
  • Duplicate keys/cards
  • Grant unauthorized access

 

Lost credentials may incur replacement fees.

3. Membership Terms & Termination

Memberships and office agreements are subject to the binding periods and notice periods stated in the agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Termination must be made in writing
  • Memberships continue until terminated

 

Metropole may terminate memberships immediately in cases involving:

  • Non-payment
  • Illegal activity
  • Repeated misconduct
  • Material breach of agreement

 

If payment remains overdue for more than 30 days, Metropole may terminate the agreement and reassign the workspace.

4. Deposits

Metropole may require a security deposit.

Deposits may be used to cover:

  • Unpaid invoices
  • Damages
  • Cleaning or restoration costs
  • Legal or collection costs
  • Replacement of access credentials

Remaining amounts are refunded after settlement of all obligations.

5. Use of Facilities

Members may only use facilities for lawful business purposes.

Without written approval, members may not:

  • Modify premises
  • Install technical infrastructure
  • Operate independent internet/network equipment
  • Install servers or access points
  • Conduct disruptive public-facing activities

 

Metropole reserves the right to relocate members to comparable spaces where operationally necessary.

6. Care of Premises & Restoration

Members must exercise reasonable care of:

  • Offices
  • Shared spaces
  • Furniture
  • Technical infrastructure

 

Approved modifications must be restored upon move-out unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Move-out cleaning is the responsibility of the member unless otherwise agreed.

7. Guests & Community Rules

Members are responsible for their guests.

Meetings involving larger groups may require booking of a meeting room.

Members and guests must:

  • Respect other members and staff
  • Follow safety and conduct rules
  • Avoid excessive noise or disruption

 

Harassment, discrimination, intoxication, unsafe conduct, or illegal activity may result in removal or termination.

8. Photography & Community Events

Metropole may photograph or document community events and shared spaces for marketing purposes.

Members who do not wish to appear in such material must notify Metropole in writing.

9. Mail & Registered Address

Registered business address services are only included where explicitly agreed.

Metropole is not liable for:

  • Lost mail
  • Delivery delays
  • Unclaimed packages

 

The member is responsible for maintaining all legal registrations and authority requirements connected to their business.

10. Internet & Technical Services

Metropole does not guarantee uninterrupted:

  • Internet access
  • Printing
  • Technical infrastructure
  • Power supply

Members are responsible for maintaining their own backups and operational continuity.

11. Damage, Insurance & Liability

Members are liable for damages caused by:

  • Themselves
  • Employees
  • Contractors
  • Guests

Members must maintain adequate insurance coverage for:

  • Equipment
  • Business operations
  • Visitors
12. Alarm & Security Procedures

Members are responsible for ensuring that all persons granted access understand applicable security and alarm procedures.

False alarm costs caused by negligence may be charged to the member.

13. Annual Price Adjustments

Membership and rental fees may be adjusted annually based on:

  • CPI/index adjustments
  • Operating cost increases
  • Facility improvements

Temporary discounts or promotional pricing do not create permanent pricing rights.

14. Indirect Possession Rights

Where applicable under Swedish law, members or tenants may waive indirect possession rights through separate agreement or annex.

Studio Terms
1. Scope of Studio Services

Studio services may include:

  • Studio rental
  • Podcast studios
  • Livestream studios
  • Hybrid event spaces
  • Equipment rental
  • Technical support
  • Broadcast infrastructure
  • Event production support

 

The exact scope is defined in the applicable booking or agreement.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings are only considered confirmed after written confirmation from: Gamestreet Productions AB

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Delivering technical requirements in time
  • Informing about special arrangements or risks
3. Studio Usage & Conduct

Customers are responsible for:

  • Participants
  • Guests
  • Crew
  • Equipment handling

The following are prohibited without written approval:

  • Smoke or pyrotechnics
  • Hazardous materials
  • Weapons
  • Illegal substances
  • Unsafe technical setups

 

External catering or alcohol service may require approval.

4. Setup, Overtime & Usage Time

Setup and teardown time are considered part of the booking unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings exceeding agreed time may incur overtime charges according to the applicable rate card.

5. Technical Limitations

Gamestreet Productions AB is responsible for technical systems within its control.

However, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

The company is not liable for disruptions caused by:

  • Internet providers
  • Streaming platforms
  • External software
  • Power outages
  • Third-party infrastructure
6. Recording & Streaming Disclaimer

Gamestreet Productions AB is not liable for:

  • Streaming interruptions
  • Platform outages
  • Packet loss
  • Corrupted recordings
  • Audio/video sync issues caused by third-party systems
  • External platform moderation or removal
7. Equipment Damage

Customers are liable for damage to:

  • Cameras
  • Audio equipment
  • Lighting
  • Furniture
  • Technical systems

 

Repair or replacement costs may be charged at actual cost.

8. Cancellation Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

External Customers: 

  • Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before booking
  • 75% charged within 4 weeks
  • 100% charged within 2 weeks


Members: Studio cancellation terms may vary depending on room size and booking type. 

9. Insurance & Liability

Customers are responsible for insuring:

  • Their own equipment
  • Participants
  • Third-party suppliers

 

Gamestreet Productions AB is not responsible for unattended valuables or customer equipment.

10. Talent & Content Releases

Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary:

  • Appearance releases
  • Participant permissions
  • Music licenses
  • Copyright permissions
Production Terms
1. Scope of Production Services

Production services may include:

  • Branding
  • Strategy
  • Marketing
  • Web design and development
  • CRM implementation
  • Automation
  • Campaign production
  • Content creation
  • Creative consulting
  • Advertising services

 

The exact scope is defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

2. Project Scope & Additional Work

Only services explicitly included in the proposal or agreement are considered included.

Additional work, revisions, integrations, or strategic changes may incur additional fees.

Verbal discussions are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment Structure

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • 50% invoiced upon project start
  • 50% invoiced upon completion

 

Hourly services are billed monthly in arrears.

Rush work, expedited delivery, or emergency requests may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Timely approvals
  • Providing access and materials
  • Legal compliance
  • Feedback within agreed timelines

 

Delays caused by the customer may extend delivery timelines..

5. Approval & Feedback Windows

Deliverables are considered approved if no written feedback is received within 7 business days after delivery.

6. Project Pauses & Dormancy

If a project remains inactive due to customer inactivity for more than 30 days, Gamestreet Productions AB may:

  • Pause the project
  • Re-scope the work
  • Re-price remaining work
  • Archive or terminate the project
7. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

Upon full payment:

  • The customer receives usage rights to the final deliverables

Metropole retains ownership of:

  • Drafts
  • Unused concepts
  • Working files
  • Internal systems and methodologies

 

Gamestreet Productions AB may publicly reference the collaboration unless restricted through NDA.

8. AI-Assisted Workflows

Gamestreet Productions AB may use AI-assisted tools, automations, and software in creative, strategic, development, or operational workflows unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Third-Party Platforms & Media Spend

The customer is responsible for:

  • Third-party platform accounts
  • Subscription fees
  • Advertising spend
  • Platform compliance

 

Gamestreet Productions AB is not liable for:

  • Platform downtime
  • Algorithm changes
  • Ad account restrictions
  • Third-party pricing changes
10. Marketing & Performance Disclaimer

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Revenue
  • SEO rankings
  • Traffic
  • Leads
  • Conversion rates
  • Advertising performance

 

Results depend on factors outside Metropole’s control.

11. Security & Credentials

Customers are responsible for securely sharing credentials and access information.

Gamestreet Productions AB is not liable for issues arising from insecure credential handling by the customer.

12. Confidentiality & NDA

A mutual NDA automatically applies upon:

  • Project start
  • Proposal acceptance
  • Agreement execution

 

Both parties agree to:

  • Protect confidential information
  • Limit access to necessary personnel
  • Avoid unauthorized disclosure

 

These obligations survive termination of the collaboration.

13. Subcontractors

Gamestreet Productions AB may engage subcontractors, freelancers, or technical partners where necessary to deliver services.

14. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the total amount invoiced for the affected project or service.

Metropole is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of data
  • Missed commercial opportunities
